several acts for the current Limerick Fringe Festival, continuing to Saturday 6. Check our own Paul McNamara, former Poetry Ireland Slam Champion and a two time All Ireland Slam Runner-up.
Following success with ‘Quarter Life Crises’ (Galway Fringe Spoken Word Award 2018), Paul returns with a play written while working as Dromineer Literary Festival/ Nenagh Art’s Centre Writer in Residence.
‘Hello, My Name is Single’ is a craic look at dating and being in a relationship. He uses performance poetry and comedy to air that stuff. Having had trouble finding a girlfriend, his grandmother (who doesn’t want him to die alone) sets him up on Tinder, by which he goes on a slew of fast-paced dates with eclectic characters.
