Munster took another big towards qualifying from Pool 2 of the Champions Cup with a 30-5 win over Castres at Thomond Park. Despite the late withdrawals of Joey Carbery and Chris Farrell prior to kick off, Munster had enough to take 4 match points from the game.
Taking a 6-0 lead into the break, Munster emerged a different side in the second half with tries from Rory Scannell, CJ Stander and JJ Hanrahan before coughing up a late consolation try to the French champions.
