Alliance Francaise will hold their jolly Christmas dinner at the beautifully styled French Table on Tuesday December 4, 7.30pm. Centre to the celebration will be the cutting of the traditional Buche de Noel for these four courses en fete.

Limerick Jazz Ensemble is throwing its annual end of year concert embracing all musicians and several vocalists on Wednesday, December 12 from 7pm.
Generous hot finger-food supplied by Dolan’s at their Upstairs venue helps fuel a fantastic night, opening with the Junior Jazz Ensemble of older teens. Familiar professionals leading these various groups are Peter Hanagan, bass; Bryan Meehan, everything; John Daly, percussion; Steve Hanks on sax and electric guitarist Joe O’Callaghan’s ensemble Trio, with jazz singers.
