Gardaí have arrested a man in his 40s and seized approximately €7,500 worth of suspected xanax tablets following a search at a house in the Carew Park area of Co Limerick on November 3, 2018.
At approximately 8pm, Gardaí from the Divisional Drugs Unit, assisted by the Regional Support Unit, executed a search warrant and seized €7,500 worth of controlled drugs, which will now be sent for analysis. A man in his 40s was arrested at the scene and brought to Henry Street Garda Station. He has since been released without charge and a file will be prepared for the DPP.
