CELEBRATING a recent successful headline slot at Electric Picnic Comedy Tent where he performed a polished set to thousands, David O’Doherty will play two nights in Dolan’s Warehouse in 2019.
His new show You Have to Laugh is made up of talking and songs played on a crappy keyboard from 1986.
He won Channel 4’s So You Think You’re Funny? Competition and received a nomination for Perrier Best Newcomer for his Edinburgh Fringe show. He has guested on TV favourites QI, Have I Got News For You and 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown.
David in typical fashion credits himself as being the “least famous person ever to have hosted an episode of Never Mind the Buzzcocks.”
