On Thursday Comfort Keepers launched their Nationwide celebration of the All Ireland Enterprise Cup.
On the 19th April Comfort Keepers won the Enterprise All-Star Cup in the prestigious Business All-Star Awards 2018 which was announced at the All Ireland Business Summit at Croke Park. Comfort Keepers was selected from over 1000 entries and on the day took home the Best in Category title for Senior Care in Community Focus and were accredited as an All-Star alongside 270 other successful companies.

The judging panel was adjudicated by Dr. Briga Hynes of the University of Limerick and was assisted by Deputy Chair Kieran F. Ring of the Global Institute of Logistics along with a panel of industry experts.

“The applicants demonstrated an ability to innovate quickly and bring a real inspiration for what is possible in business in Ireland” said Dr. Hynes.

Managing Director Brid Gould said at the celebration “This award has special meaning to our business as we are rooted in communities and ensuring our seniors can stay in their communities for longer through our excellent care. I am from a county who has a history of winning Liam on the first Sunday in September and I am delighted we now have our very own All Ireland cup”.

The Comfort Keepers event had a second purpose they also hosted an Alzheimer’s Tea Day at the Head Office. The Alzheimer’s tea day is a national day of celebration organised by the Alzheimer’s society of Ireland and Comfort Keepers is more than happy to be involved in such a worthy cause.

Comfort Keepers employees from the Limerick office and their parents both attended the event in celebration of our big win and in celebration of families and communities we care for.
