Two lucky EuroMillions players in Dublin and Limerick woke up to early Christmas presents this morning having scooped €500,000 on last night’s EuroMillions plus draw.
The National Lottery is advising players in both counties to check their tickets to see if they have landed the cool festive prizes.
The winning tickets were sold in the Tesco store on the Limerick Road in Newcastlewest and in Donnybrook Fair, Malahide.
The winning numbers were 4, 6, 22, 30 and 48.
A National Lottery spokesperson said today: “What a year it has been for our EuroMillion Plus players. Last night’s wins brings to 31 the total number of €500,000 EuroMillions Plus wins in 2017. We are delighted that this will be such a special Christmas for two of our players.”
“We are advising the lucky winners to mind their tickets safely and we look forward to seeing them in our Winners Room when we are open again from Thursday, December 28.
There is still an outstanding EuroMillions Plus prize of €500,000 from Co Meath remaining to be collected from the draw on September 26. The winning Quick Pick ticket was sold at Kilmoon Service Station in Ashbourne.
Around 30 cent in every euro spent on National Lottery games goes back to Good Causes all over Ireland in the areas of health, sport, welfare, arts, heritage and culture.
