Leonora Quirke, Operations Director at Masterchefs Hospitality named as Catering Manager of the Year at the prestigious Irish Hospitality Institute Management Awards 2017. The Awards recognise individuals who have made an outstanding personal contribution to the industry.
The Irish Hospitality Institute celebrated its annual Founders Banquet and Hospitality Management Awards 2017 on the 23rd November at the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road. The event was attended by some 490 hospitality professionals and is regarded within Industry as the most prestigious evening for Hospitality Professionals Nationally.
An Abbyfeale native, Leonora joined Masterchefs 14 years ago having graduated from GMIT & gaining experience in 5 Star properties in Northern Ireland & Australia.
“I am truly honoured to receive this award. There are many deserving recipients & to be singled out by the Institute for special recognition is very humbling” said Leonora. I am part of an extraordinary team in Masterchefs who continue to raise the bar & I accept this award on their behalf.
