Appeal renewed for missing UL student

THE search for a missing University of Limerick student has taken a twist to Dublin after 25-year-old Nenagh man Stephen Cullinan was seen at Stephen’s Green in the capital.

Missing since November 2, Stephen was last seen in St Stephen’s Green in Dublin, a number of hours after he was last spotted at his Castletroy home not far from the University of Limerick campus.

Stephen, who is originally from Ballymackey, Nenagh, County Tipperary was last seen wearing his glasses, a grey hoodie and jeans as he was captured on CCTV at the Dublin city centre shopping centre.

The 25-year-old is described as being 5’11” in height, of medium build with short fair hair.

Gardai said that Stephen remains missing as extensive searches were carried out in Dublin.

Alerts were also made to accommodation providers in Dublin as his family appeal for his safe return.

Anyone who may have seen Stephen or know of his whereabouts are being asked to contact Henry Street garda station on 061 212400.
