Kris came to UL after a period coaching with Ulster Rugby. He examined the physiology, body composition, and strength profiles of endurance runners and cyclists and completed his PhD by publication. Kris now works in London forÊSpeedworks, a company which supports elite Olympic sprinters and athletes.
