IRISH Georgian Society has an interesting benefit to announce for its Limerick Chapter under the banner of ‘Christmas Festivities’.
Taking place on Thursday December 1, 8pm at Georgian House, No. 2 Pery Square, it’s a €25 ticket fundraiser for a small works grant scheme for the repair and restoration of historic railings, kerbs and steps in Newtown Pery.
The evening will welcome Donough Cahill, CEO of the IGS, to address the party and Limerick tenor Derek Moloney will sing. All proceeds will go towards the Society’s Limerick Restoration Fund.
