THE rugby legend, who is being mourned by his family in Killaloe and the rugby fraternity both near and far, will be laid to rest this Friday after it was confirmed the remains of the Anthony Foley will be flown home on Wednesday.
Theย Munster and Ireland rugby legend died suddenly in Paris at the weekend aged 42.
Anthonyโs remains will be flown home to Shannon Airport tomorrow, Wednesday, from where they will be brought to his family home in Killaloe, Co. Clare.
Anthony’s remainsย will lie in repose at St Flannanโs Church in Killaloe from 1pm to 8:30 sharp on Thursday evening.
Thoseย intending on paying their respects to Anthony are asked to attend early.
People are asked to respect the privacy of the family at this time.
Requiemย Mass will take place at 12midday on Friday at St Flannanโs Church, with Church reserved for family and friends only.
An area outside will be reserved for media near speakers.
Burial afterwards will be at Relig Nรบa Cemetery, Killaloe.
