THE devastating hurt caused to families through drug abuse amongst Limerick teenagers will be the topic of discussion at a community led meeting this Thursday.
Parents and teenagers, aged between 12 and 16, are invited to a free Drug and Alcohol Awareness evening this Thursday.
Running between 6-8pm at the Northside Family Resource Centre, the evening will be made up of a number of workshops where participants can learn how “Family Communication prevents Drug and Alchohol Misuse”.
The evening will also offer an insight into the supports available to families.
