Rowing – Lamb and Limerick’s Lynch, finish sixth in Rio

IRELAND’S CLAIRE LAMB and St Michael’s Rowing Club member, Sinead Lynch, finished sixth in the Women’s lightweight double sculls final in the Rio Olympics today. In what was an impressive display from the duo, they fought bravely in a tight encounter which saw the Dutch crew take gold, while Canada and China were second and third respectively.
