Limerick acts to make EP’s Electric Sideshow debuts
Returning for a fourth year to Electric Picnic, The Jerry Fish Electric Sideshow delivers some of Ireland’s legendary acts mixed with some of the strongest up and coming bands. The unique area promises circus performers and some of the hottest acts around played out in a cabaret vibe led by ringmaster Jerry Fish himself, who is renowned for his own extraordinary performances every year.
On the bill this year are Limerick band Fox Jaw. Recent single ‘Do You Want It All’ is one of the best things the band has done so far and was picked up by more than 30 college radio stations in the US. The full EP ‘ Black Light Vignette’ drops on September 12.
Limerick Rapper Weenz released his debut album ‘Selling You My Sins’ and had a viral hit with the fantastic ‘Local Celebrity’.
Fox Jaw’s scuzzy live show and the theatrical performances from Weenz are sure to fit right in with the weird and wonderful world of The Jerry Fish Electric Sideshow.
Also on the bill for the Electric Sideshow are The Strypes; The Academic; Ex Magician; The Frank And Walters; DJs Johnny Moy, Billy Scurry and Kelly Ann Byrne, among many more carnival sideshow sweethearts.
