The draw for the Irish Daily Mail FAI Cup Third Round was made this morning. The draw, which took place in Clonmel as part of the FAI’s Festival of Football week in Tipperary, was conducted by Republic of Ireland manager Martin O’Neill and FAI President Tony Fitzgerald.
First Division leaders Limerick FC will travel to St. Patrick’s Athletic, while local Limerick side Janesboro will face UCD in the round of 16.
Holders Dundalk will travel to Leinster Senior League side Crumlin United in the third round of the Irish Daily Mail FAI Cup.
The Lilywhites, who beat Cork City in last season’s final at the Aviva Stadium, will face Crumlin who progressed past SSE Airtricity League Premier Division side Finn Harps in the second round.
Munster Senior League Ringmahon Rangers will host First Division side Cobh Ramblers in a local derby.
