Club Limerick are delighted to announce that our annual Evening at the Races will take place at Limerick Race Course on Thursday evening, 21st July 2016 followed by entertainment with country music star Johnny Brady.
The Greenmount Panoramic Restaurant will be where you can enjoy a 3 course dinner, full bar facilities, waiter service and tote betting. Liam Ahern from Limerick 95FM will be the MC for the Evening and he will be assisted by our Racing Tipster. There will be a Best Dress Lady Competition Sponsored by The Crescent Shopping Centre. Billy Nagle will also be on hand to continue our entertainment in the Restaurant after racing or you are welcome to trip the light fantastic to country music star Johnny Brady. Entry fee to include admission, race card and reserved table for 10 persons is €1,000 or €100 per person. All are welcome.
This annual event has been well supported by a number of Clubs over the years and we are hugely grateful for that support. For 2016 we have decided to introduce a CLUB Limerick Novelty Race with a prize fund of €1,300. The race will be ran over 800meters and will be the feature race on the card. Entries are limited to 30 runners so get registering!
