The draw for Round 1A and 1B of the All-Ireland Football Qualifiers took place this week. Limerick, who are in the qualifiers following their loss to Clare, will take on Antrim, in Antrim, on the weekend of June 25 and 26.
Leitrim are red hot at 4/7 to win their first round qualifier with ease as Waterford are priced at 7/4. Things are a lot closer between Laois and Armagh as the O’Moore County are priced at 5/6 with the Orchard County chasing their hosts at 6/5 to win. Wicklow are 8/13 to see off Carlow, who can be backed at 13/8 to triumph.
In the 1B qualifiers London will play the loser of Offaly v Westmeath and Wexford will play the loser of Fermanagh v Donegal. Down will host Longford whilst Limerick will head to Antrim for their fixture.
Antrim hold the 1/2 advantage over Limerick, who are priced at 2/1 to cause an upset at Corrigan Park. Down suffered a devastating 2-22 to 0-09 defeat to Monaghan on Sunday, but are 2/5 to pull things back and win their first round qualifier against Longford, who are available at 5/2.
