Castle for vintage fair, fashion and afternoon tea – Limerick charities

13346536_1328205337193959_14134642024396731_nON Sunday 12 afternoon from 2pm to 6pm, may golden weather hold good for an open air vintage fair and afternoon tea at the swell address of King John’s Castle.

€5 of the €10 tickets benefit ADAPT Domestic Abuse Services, the refuge, support, education and training centre at Rosbrien; also Enable Ireland.

ADAPT works for women experiencing domestic abuse, and their children u18s – there are 14 apartments onsite.

Buy a €25 ticket to include afternoon tea, but all tickets cover entry to King John’s Castle’s living museum.

Look forward to a catwalk of Collections Fashion Show, awards for best dressed lady and vintage tea party outfit. There will be music and raffles for hot prizes.

You can buy tickets at ADAPT’s  thrift shop on Sarsfield Street, selling clothes and furniture, and at the Rosbrien venue.
