There has been one change to the Ireland U20 squad, sponsored by PwC that flew out to Manchester today ahead of their preparations for the World Rugby U20 Championships.
Back-row forward Will Connors has been ruled out of the competition through an ankle injury and he has been replaced in the squad by Ballymena RFC’s Conall Boomer.
Boomer has previously represented Ireland at U19 level and has spent last season in Australia, playing rugby with the Western Force U20 side during his time there.
The Irish U20 side will kick-off their campaign against Six Nation Grand-Slam winners Wales on Tuesday, 7th June at 5.30pm at the Manchester City Academy Stadium.
