JEFFO Nesta (aka Jeff O’Neill) is a singer/songwriter from Ballynanty. His album ‘Circus Dances’ features reggae, rock and folk songs and have been a regular feature on radio shows across Europe and the U.S. and is currently available to download from iTunes.
Jeff told Limerick Post, “I have Pat Byrne on bass, Ben Wanders on drums, Mike Moriarty on guitar, Graham Conway on keys and myself, Jeff O’Neill, singing.”
Jeff was reared on a healthy diet of Bob Marley, Irish rock and folk music in Limerick’s northside. He has travelling the world playing in various cover bands and eventually decided to record his own music with the very fine ‘Circus Dances’ album.
Jeffo Nesta released a lyric video for the track ‘Karl Canty’ last year which is taken from the debut album, it brings the trenchtown sound right to your doorstep.
