LIMERICK’S Oscar Traynor side, sitting pretty in the last eight of the competition, received a boost last weekend with a shrewd addition to the management team.
Joint managers Declan Considine and Derek Braddish will be joined by Luke Grimes (13) in their attempt to bring the trophy to Limerick for the first time in early 20 years.
Luke, a well respected young footballer and all round sports follower in Limerick, has been asked to add some bite to the team talks by both the current managers.
When asked about taking up the role young Luke was quoted as saying
“ This is a great chance for me and a chance I could not pass on. To work with great coaches and great players is an honour for me”
All at the Limerick Post wish Luke all the best in his future role.
