Woman to be charged over discovery of dead Polish man

A 34 year old woman is due to appear at a special sitting of Limerick District Court at 1pm today, Sunday 10th January 2016, charged in relation to the death of 38 year old Michal Rejmer, whose body was discovered in the garden of a house in Briarsfield, Castletroy in Limerick on January 8 last.

Michal Rejmer was last seen on December 30 last and was reported missing on January 6 last.

The body of the popular long distance runner was found wrapped in a plastic sheet under two wooden pallets and bags of turf in the back garden of a house at the Pines, Briarfield, Castletroy on Friday morning last.

The woman was arrested on Friday evening and has been questioned by Gardai since then.
