KEVIN Neville, emerging Limerick bass-baritone, presents an evening of art songs, opera arias and ensembles at St Mary’s Cathedral on Thursday November 5.

Accompanied by Úna Hunt, Kevin will be joined by Jean Wallace (soprano), Sarah-Ellen Murphy (contralto) and Dublin tenor Peter O’Reilly for the concert, ‘From Drawing Rooms to Opera Stages’.

It’s organised to help fund his training and anyone privy to Culture Night’s opera event at the Hunt Museum, with Jean, Sarah-Ellen, himself and other professionals in glorious voice and harmonies, will appreciate the quality of what will unfold. Forget the starched stays of conventional recitals, these bright young things carry fabulous light.
