FORMER chief executive of Limerick Chamber of Commerce, Maria Kelly, has joined iBusiness Warriors, a new enterprise that has been established to help small and medium-sized businesses to dramatically grow their revenues and increase profits.

iBusiness Warriors, based in Limerick’s Mallow Street, was established in early 2014 by two-time entrepreneur of the year John MacNamara and management consultant Vincent Reynolds to help SMEs “that are stuck in survival mode after years of recession”.

The founders say they are “delighted” Ms Kelly has joined the operation.

Ms Kelly, who was chief executive of Limerick Chamber of Commerce for ten years, said she was energised by the challenge of joining iBusiness Warriors.

“After ten years of working closely with small and medium enterprises in the Chamber, I know this is the type of help that many owner managers are crying out for. They are trying to do everything, dealing with the day-to-day demands of running their business as well as looking at ways to achieve sustained growth”, she explained.
