Limerick City and County Council has today opened an online Book of Condolences in memory of the 38 people, including three Irish citizens, who were killed in last week’s terror attack in Tunisia.
The Book of Condolences was officially opened today by Councillor Liam Galvin, Mayor of the City and County of Limerick.
“This Book of Condolences affords Limerick people at home and abroad the opportunity to send messages of support to those caught up in this terrible tragedy,” said the Mayor.
“On behalf of the Council and the people of Limerick, I wish to extend my deepest sympathies and condolences to the families and friends of the Irish citizens who were killed. Our thoughts and prayers are with them at this difficult time,” he added.
