ST MARY’s Cathedral continues with its Wednesday series of free concerts on Wednesday lunch hours for the remainder of April. As usual there will be a retiring collection in aid of The Companions of St Mary’s Cathedral music after this 45minutes of classical, chamber and ecclesiastical composition.

Set aside time on Wednesday 22 for Peter Sebestyen on cello and Stuart O’Sullivan, pianist for music by J.S.Bach, Beethoven, Chopin and Schumann. Then Wednesday 29 welcomes Syrinx Wind Trio for their programme of Hummel, Ibert and Mozart.

From 1.15pm and everyone is welcome.
