LIMERICK Fire and Rescue Service continue to deal with an incident at Stryker in Raheen Industrial Estate. The alarm was raised at 10.30am after one of the machines went on fire at the Limerick plant where 700 people are employed. Eight units of Limerick Fire Brigade are at the Stryker facility, which makes surgical orthopaedic implants. The building is currently being ventilated before an inspection is carried out. There have been no reports of any injuries.
