THE Dream Ball and National Children of Courage Awards, hosted by the Share A Dream Foundation, will return to the Radisson Blu Hotel on Saturday, November 29.

Eight very special children, who have shown unbelievable courage and determination in the face of illness, have been selected for the awards from nominations from all over Ireland.

Their determination to get as much out of life as possible in spite of their illness or disability will be honoured and their dreams will come true on the night.

The Share A Dream Foundation helps to grant the wishes of terminally ill children and allows families to enjoy some special quality time together.

“There is no greater joy in the world than seeing the smile on the face of a very special child who has suffered so much in their short and traumatic young lives, knowing you made it happen. It’s magic,” said Shay Kinsella, Share A Dream founder and CEO.

The charity is calling on people in Limerick to organise a table of family and friends to support the event and raise funds for a worthy cause.

Legendary Kilkenny manager Brian Cody will be one of the many celebrity supporters in attendance with Noel Cunningham providing MC on the night.
