LIMERICK Labour TD Jan O’Sullivan has been promoted to a full ministry in the Department of Education following this week’s Cabinet reshuffle.
The former Minister of State for Housing and Planning succeeds her party colleague Ruairi Quinn.
Meanwhile, Minister for Finance Michael Noonan has retained his position, and Tipperary TD Alan Kelly has been promoted to Minister for the Environment.
