LIMERICK’S New Blue Sioux are Mike Ryan (former Tuesday Blue frontman) and Geri Doyle Ryan. Together for over 15 years, ‘New Blue Sioux’ have lived and played/toured in USA/New York, UK and Ireland, including the Electric Picnic Festival, Oxygen Festival, with a long running residency in Cleere’s Theatre, Kilkenny.
The track here is ‘Eat This’, the latest offering from New Blue Sioux. ‘Eat This’ has engaging evocative lyrical imagery played over a languid electronic beat. “I was born in a minor key, I can still remember the first words my mother said to me”.
