DOZENS of staff at the SOLAS training centre in Raheen will discuss what is being described as “ongoing troubles” of victimisation, intimidation and bullying at a crisis meeting this Thursday.
A source close to the dispute claimed that following a change in management style and personnel at the training centre, a new “very unhappy working culture” has emerged where staff are now “demotivated and demoralised” at one of the State’s largest training and further education employer.

The Limerick Post has learned that written communications have been forwarded to senior HR staff at the group’s head office in Dublin and are calling for immediate action to be taken.
A deadline of Wednesday March 5 has been set before further action is taken.
