MODERN Trad group Seo Linn clocked in over two million YouTube hits in just over a week with their captivating Irish version of Avicii’s ‘Wake Me Up’ last year. After a whirlwind winter of TV appearances and international touring Seo Linn now release their debut single ‘Ar Scáth a Chéile’. The seven piece group with a mission to play modern trad with a large pop/ dance influence created the track on a trip to Uganda with the charity Self Help Africa last year. All proceeds from the single will go to that charity. Limerick girl, Lisa Buckley from Ballysimon Road plays in the touring band on percussion. Seo Linn’s ‘Ar Scáth a Chéile’ is available on iTunes.
