The two cameras taken in the theft were valued at over €13,500.

The court was told that one of the cameras valued at €5,000 has since been recovered.

Judge Eugene O’Kelly said that due to the “distinct high value” of the goods in question, he had to refuse jurisdiction and adjourned the matter until February 26 for the directions of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
