A MOTORCYCLIST has been killed in County Limerick this Sunday evening in a single vehicle accident.
Gardai in Bruff are investigating the fatal single vehicle collision which occurred on the at Kilballyowen, Bruff just three miles outside the village earlier.
The collision occured at approx 5.10pm on the Bruff to Knockainey Road when the motor cycle collided with a wall the rider was pronounced dead at the scene.
His remains have been moved to the University Limerick hospital.
The road is closed to facilitate a Forensic Collision Examination and local diversions are in place.
