LIMERICK city centre will have regular film screenings at 69 O’Connell Street enabled by LimerickArts Encounter a new initiative funded by the Arts Council and the Limerick City Council. The series of cultural cinema screenings begins this Wednesday October 2 with French film ‘Populaire’ starring Déborah François and Romain Duris. ‘Populaire’ is a Gallic take on a vintage Hollywood love story set at a 1950’s speed-typing competition charting the romance between the ambitious trainer-boss played by Romain Duris and Déborah François’ gifted typist.
Populaire screens at 69 O’Connell St. this Wednesday October 2.
