THE HMV store in the Crescent Shopping Centre is set to reopen at the beginning of next month.
While there are no current plans to reopen the Cruises Street branch, the Dooradoyle store is expected to resume trading in mid September.
The company is also reopening three stores in Dublin, creating a total of 120 retail jobs between the four stores.
The four branches will honour all valid vouchers and gift cards purchased before HMV closed its Irish stores earlier this year.
A large number of the staff vacancies at the Crescent Shopping Centre branch went to former Limerick HMV staff who were made redundant in February.
The Dublin Henry Street store is expected to open on September 6, while the remaining branches are to open the following week.
Stock has been ordered for the four stores and staff are to begin stocking shelves and preparing the branches for the reopening in the coming days.
