IT’S the bank holiday so it must be time to go BacKwards. The third party this year sees the BacKwards crew hosting Dublin duo Slowburn who are signed to labels such as Uzuri, Austere and The Lunar Disko imprint. Slowburn will take to the turntables for five hours of pure electronic funk. Expect high quality house music, rare and new.
Slowburn have played a BacKwards party already, way back in 2011. They were on a line up with the then unknown Juniper (Juniper is now signed to Underground Quality in New Jersey).
Joining them on the day will be Epoch and Galway resident Enda House who has just recently warmed up for the legend Marcellus Pittmann. Residents Frawl and Niall Power will be on hand early and late as always. Get down early, it’s a 3pm start. The Bank Holiday bacKward vibes with Slowburn and guests happens this Sunday August 4.
