TWO students from Castletroy College have made it through to the final of the All-Ireland School Talent competition, beating over 3000 acts nationwide.
Transition year students Chloe Walsh and Alice O’Brien qualified with their rendition of ‘I know him so well’ from the musical ‘Chess’ last Sunday in the South Court Hotel.
They will be one of the ten finalists to compete at the Helix Theatre in Dublin on Saturday, 9 March, beating over 3000 acts nationwide.
The girls are the only remaining Limerick acts in the competition and they have successfully got through six preliminary rounds to get to the final, which will be presented by Brian Ormond and shown on RTE television on Saturday March 16.
The competition is in aid of Childline.
