Friendly double for Limerick FC

-

LIMERICK FC will be in action this weekend for the first time since the conclusion of their promotion-winning campaign of 2012 when they play the first of two upcoming pre-season friendlies.

Both games are against Galway opposition, with Mervue United first up before a clash with Salthill Devon later in the week.

On Sunday February 3 the Shannonsiders take on Mervue at Lifford AFC’s grounds in Ennis, with a 2pm kick-off.

Stuart Taylor’s men then travel to Drom to face Salthill Devon on Thursday February 7; kick-off at 7.45pm.

The brace of friendles will see Taylor mark his introduction as manager of Limerick FC ahead of the club’s first Premier Division match against Cork City on Friday March 8.
