LIMERICK football manager Maurice Horan has named a strong XV for this side’s clash with Clare this Sunday in Foynes. (Throw in is at 14.00) Brian Scanlon starts in goal, with Mark O’Riordan, Johnny Mc Carthy, Stephen Lavin and Paudie Browne all named in the backline. With Ian Ryan, Ger Collins and Eoghan O’Connor making up the full forward line, Limerick will be slight favorites to topple Mick O’Dwyer’s Banner men.
