THE newly appointed “super manager” of both Limerick City and County Councils, Conn Murray has assigned roles and responsibilities to the following Directors of Services:
In City Hall, Kieran Lehane will head the Transportation Infrastructure and Culture and Sport Departments: Pat Dowling is in charge of Corporate Services, Human Resources and the City Development Board: Caroline Curley, Environment, Planning and Major Emergency Services: Oliver O’Loughlin, Regeneration and Housing Services and Pat Murnane, Finance, Motor Tax and ICT.
In County Hall, Jimmy Feane is assigned to Housing, Corporate and Human Resources: Paul Crowe, Transportation, Water Services and Emergency Planning: Josephine Cotter Coughlan, Environment, Community and Enterprise and Libraries: Gerry Sheeran, Planning and Development: Sean Coughlan, Finance and ICT and Tom Enright, Limerick Regeneration Implementation Group.
