JOBS at the Limerick branches of Permanent TSB have been saved.
The bank took the decision to close 16 outlets as part of a restructuring process, but spared the branches on Sarsfield Street and William Street in the city.
The branches in Dooradoyle and Newcastle West have also been saved, it has been confirmed to the Limerick Post.
In total the bank is to reduce staff numbers by up to 250, close 16 branches and turn two outlets into self-service locations by 2016.
