Crossover classics from The Three Tenors

BILLED as ‘Ireland’s greatest voices’, The Three Tenors bowl back to town on Saturday 18 to wow their Limerick audience. Fittingly, University Concert Hall is the venue for a concert that crosses classical, swing and traditional ballads for the ultimate crowd pleaser. Declan Kelly, David Martin and Morgan Crowley will be joined by star violinist Maria Mason and Limerick County Youth Choir for this big night.
“The Three Tenors, with their amazing voices and friendly, down to earth approach, look forward to another wonderful concert here,” says Emma Foote, marketing manager at UCH.

“The programme is packed with the world’s most beautiful and magical feel-good songs”.
Expect to hear the harmonies and high notes of ‘Bridge Over Troubled Water’, ‘New York, New York’, and ‘Three Times a Lady’ alongside the  essential ‘Nessun  Dorma’ and of course, their Irish selection. Is there a tenor out there who can resist making ‘Danny Boy’ his own?
The New York Times loved this concert tour and wrote of the tenors’ “knock out vocal performance”.
