ANNABEL Dundon, was granted bail at Limerick District Court after she was charged with threatening to kill a mother of three children in Murroe on April 9 last. The 21-year-old, with an address at 80 Hyde Road, was arrested on September 22, and brought to court where charged with alleged offences. The court heard that Ms Dundon was arrested at 11.45, and made no reply when charged. Sarah Ryan, solicitor, was appointed as free legal aid, and the court was told by Inspector Paul Reidy, that the case was to proceed by trial on indictment at the Circuit Court.
Ms Dundon is charged with threatening to kill a former associate of the family at a house she was living in at Murroe. The mother of three made a sworn statement to gardai in relation to he matter.
Judge Eamon O’Brien heard that there was no objection to bail, but that there were conditions to be adhered to.
Annabel Dundon is to have no contact with the injured party, who made a sworn statement outlining the alleged threats; she is to reside at the address at Hyde Road, and is to be bailed and bound by an independent cash surety lodgement of €2,000.
Ms Dundon is to sign on daily at Roxboro Garda Station, and while not in the possession of a passport, is not to make any application for one.
The matter was adjourned until September 29 for the service of a book of evidence in the matter.
