THE founder of Stockbyte, Jerry Kennelly, is set to be the keynote speaker at the first business breakfast held by Moore Stephens Patrick McNamara,  a leading firm of accountants and business advisors, and in association with Limerick Chamber. Kennelly will be the keynote speaker for the first of their business breakfasts ‘Encouraging Entrepreneurship in Communities’ which is taking place on September 20 next in Savoy Hotel.

Jerry is very active in promoting entrepreneurial activity in Ireland and has spearheaded the Young Entrepreneur programme, a mentoring scheme for school students with business ideas and endeavour, an adult version of the programme. Jerry firmly believes that any Irish Business can achieve international status.

Harry Mc Namara, Partner in Moore Stephens Patrick McNamara, says ‘We are absolutely delighted to have Jerry as our keynote speaker.  He is the founder of the most significant global e-commerce application ever created by an Irish Enterpise and we will all be able to learn from his expertise and experience.

“We invite all local business people to attend and not only avail of the opportunity to network, but also to hear about success stories in a recession. We are also very happy to sponsor this breakfast as the proceeds will go to Self Help Africa, a development agency that has been working in Africa for over 25 years supporting African Rural Communities create agricultural enterprises whereby they can feed themselves and earn a better living.
