The Cornstore’s gourmet deli store on Thomas Street in Limerick, the ‘Cornstore At Home’, is launching a great deli challenge for all you creative cooks out there…
Home-chefs everywhere are challenged to buy the ingredients for dinner for four people from the Cornstore’s deli for under €50 – that’s including a bottle of wine! After preparing the meal,
participants are asked to photograph and upload the results to facebook or twitter, tagging the ‘Cornstore Limerick’ on facebook, and on twitter, @cornstore_limk and @cornstoreathome.
Each month, the meal that is deemed to be the best and most creative work will be rewarded with a fantastic prize of dinner for four people in the stylish Cornstore Limerick restaurant. Judges will include Cornstore Limerick Head Chef Maura Baxter, and restaurateur Padraic Frawley as well as industry experts who will be consulted for their personal favourites along the way.
The competition kicked off at the start of this month and will run every month. If you think you have what it takes to win the prize, get into the Cornstore At Home deli on Limerick’s Thomas Street and get creative!
