PSYCHIC medium Joe Power has performed to capacity crowds in the University Concert Hall in recent years.
Power experienced what he believes to be his first premonitions in his early teens and for some time he battled against the overwhelming power of these psychic gifts. Following a troubled period in his life he choose to embrace his abilities and now works with individual clients bringing messages to them from the spirit world.
Joe uses these gifts in celebrities’ readings which have included such names as David Essex and Coleen Rooney. He claims that one of the many people he has made contact is The Beatle’s John Lennon. But his main work is with the general public who have lost loved ones and as a psychic investigator working with police forces around the world helping solve murder mysteries.
He has published his autobiography ‘The Man who Sees Dead People’ and has established the SixSense Academy, The International Academy of Spiritual Education, where he runs courses and shares his knowledge and skills in Mediumship.
SixSense Academy or SSA as it is known has branches in Liverpool and Spain and is now coming to Limerick City in July to the University Concert Hall.
Joe Power explained to Limerick Post that he chose Limerick to host his academy because the people of Limerick are a “very spiritual people”. The five day course will cover mediumship, angel communication, angelic healing, meditation, trance mediumship, psychic development and spiritual healing.
Joe will joined by Chrissie Astell and Deb Hawken. All three are, “highly trained professional tutors in a variety of disciplines and all three are published writers, TV personalities, inspirational speakers and experienced, working Mediums.”
The Academy has three levels of tuition from beginners to advanced to cater for the complete beginner and the working Medium. The course is intended to be “an empowering journey that will give each student confidence on both a personal and professional level.” Students will learn the difference between Psychic and Mediumship work, enhance their private readings and learn to contact and blend with their guides or their own personal angels.
The SixSense Academy promise that the course will be a, “good balance of hard work, fun, excitement and spiritual growth and development.” At the end of the week each student should have met like-minded people, built a support network and possibly made life-long friendships and leave feeling empowered and uplifted.
The course runs from Sunday July 17 to Friday July 22. The week long course with full lunch and dinner each day costs €330 if you wish to avail of accommodation for the six nights on the campus the overall cost is €400.
