LIMERICK’S star midfielder John Galvin will miss the entire championship season with a damaged cruciate ligament injury. The Croom star was in Dublin this week to see a specialist and is now required to go under the knife to fix the ligament tear and reset a broken bone in his knee. The loss of Galvin will serve as a huge blow to Limerick’s preparation for the forthcoming championship clash against Kerry or Tipperary on June 4th.
