Dancing Shoes – The George Best Story, the smash hit show which sold out its inaugural run in Belfast last year is coming to Limerick. The show tells of the turbulent and colourful life of one of the greatest footballers the world has ever seen. Dancing Shoes, the first and only home grown Northern Irish musical celebrates the life of an iconic hero and the balletic grace he brought to the football field.
Under the direction of Peter Sheridan, (Shawshank Redemption, West End) this much anticipated musical features a dynamite cast of professional actors including Aidan O’Neill in the role of Best, Conor Grimes, Paddy Jenkins, Marty Maguire, Packy Lee, Matthew McElhinney, Alana Kerr, Maria Connolly and Kerri Quinn.
Dancing Shoes – The George Best Story plays on Tuesday September 27 to October 1 at the University Concert Hall, Limerick.
